Welcome!
Welcome to the Estates at Wooded Cove HOA’s Website
This website is being developed to make information for Estates at Wooded Cove’s homeowners more accessible and easier to find. EWC was established in 1998 as a not-for-profit corporation formed to maintain the value of our homes by promoting the beauty, safety and welfare of our neighborhood. The Association’s Board of Directors, working with Texas Star Community Management, strives to achieve this objective by ensuring that our homeowners understand and comply with the Association’s governing documents.

As time and technology permit, the content and usefulness of this website will continue to grow to meet the needs and expectations of our homeowners. Your inputs, suggestions and questions are welcomed to assist with this effort, and we encourage you to use the contacts listed here to let us hear from you.
EWC is a community of 158 homes bordered by tree-lined creeks and home to Andrews Elementary, a Texas Exemplary school and recipient of multiple excellence awards. The school system and the attractiveness of the neighborhood make EWC a prime target for real estate sales, and our goal is to maintain this standard for years to come.

Helpful Hints
Don't let your trees grow out of control. Tree branches should be trimmed when they hover over the sidewalk which is considered a right of way. Branches should be 7+ feet in height. Pruning your trees also help with grass growth beneath the trees.
Don't let lawn weeds and shrub bed grass and weeds deface the appearances of your home. While most of our focus is on maintaining our lawns, grass and weeds have a way of creeping into our flower/shrub beds and degrading the appeal of your property. Check out those beds and see if they need your attention. And speaking of yard weeds, it's much easier to prevent them from sprouting than to kill them once they appear. The best time to apply pre-emergents for grassy weeds is late February to early March with another shot 90 days later.
Plano watering guidelines call for watering only twice per week during the Spring/Summer months from April 1 - October 31 - see at:
